1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and lk33 ("lk33", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the lk33 online gaming platform available at https://lk33.ws, including all associated services, features, content, and betting products offered through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Service, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager on lk33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service and close your account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account with lk33, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account. lk33 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lk33 strictly does not permit players under 21 to register, play, or claim any bonus.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of lk33 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee of lk33, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or any third-party service provider with access to non-public information about the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location. Players who lack legal capacity to contract must not use the Service.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account with lk33 at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If lk33 identifies that a player holds more than one account — regardless of whether different personal details, email addresses, devices, or payment methods were used — lk33 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your lk33 account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Your lk33 account username and password are personal credentials. You must not share them with any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including bets, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims, regardless of whether you authorised them or not.
• Notify lk33 support immediately via [email protected] if you believe your account credentials have been compromised.
• lk33 reserves the right to suspend any account pending identity verification. Account access will be restored promptly once verification is complete.

KYC Verification

lk33 is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days). Players may also be asked to verify ownership of the payment method used to deposit. lk33 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within one (1) to three (3) business days of receiving complete documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

lk33 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied between your local payment method and your lk33 account balance. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or mobile payment provider; lk33 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits.

Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to all deposits made on lk33, regardless of the payment method used.

• Minimum single deposit amount: ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will be rejected automatically.
• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (i.e. depositing using another person's bKash wallet or bank account) are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• lk33 is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect deposit details entered by the player, including incorrect account numbers or reference codes.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. lk33 aims to process approved withdrawals within five (5) to ten (10) minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within one (1) to two (2) business days for bank transfers.

• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Pending KYC documentation will delay withdrawal processing accordingly.
• lk33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is unusually large relative to prior deposit and wagering activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

lk33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin awards. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional terms published on the specific promotion page. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a specific promotion's terms, the more specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are credited in BDT to your lk33 bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x (thirty times) the sum of the deposit and bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit paired with a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳60,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible game categories specified in the promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded game categories may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses are issued on a one-per-player, one-per-household, one-per-device, and one-per-payment-method basis. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or details constitute abuse and will result in account closure.
• lk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Players who have already fulfilled wagering requirements for an active bonus will not be affected by mid-promotion changes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on lk33. Engaging in any of the actions below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and notification to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with live dealers, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including proceeds of crime, fraud, or money laundering, onto the lk33 platform.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes that result in an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error may be voided.
• Colluding with other players or internal staff to manipulate game outcomes, share privileged information, or engage in match-fixing related activities.
• Harassment, abusive language, threats, or discriminatory conduct directed at lk33 staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel provided by lk33.

lk33 maintains comprehensive transaction logs, IP records, device fingerprints, and communication records for all accounts. These records may be used as evidence in any dispute resolution process or provided to relevant authorities upon lawful request.

7. Responsible Gaming

lk33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Online gambling is intended as a form of adult entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties. lk33 actively encourages players to set personal limits on their accounts, take regular breaks, and seek help if gambling is causing personal or financial harm.

lk33 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the lk33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of lk33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without the express written permission of lk33.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lk33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory.

lk33 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party payment processor outages, and circumstances beyond lk33's reasonable control (including acts of God, internet service provider failures, and regulatory actions) may cause temporary unavailability. lk33 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and will communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where practicable.

10. Amendments to These Terms

lk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, lk33 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the lk33 platform after any amendment comes into force constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].
